Role Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Back Office Executive to support the organization's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enquiry data, documentation, service coordination, communication with clients and consultants, and ERP maintenance. This role demands excellent follow-up, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibility:

• Maintain and update

  Enquiry Index / Enquiry Register

  on a regular basis.
• Take

  follow-ups from clients

  on submitted offers, queries, and ongoing approvals.
• Send

  GAD (General Arrangement Drawings)

  to clients and consultants for approval and track the approval status.
• Maintain and update

  ERP software

  with accurate data related to enquiries, offers, orders, dispatch, and service.
• Handle

  service calls

  , log complaints, schedule service visits, and coordinate with service engineers and teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare and send offers/quotations

  to clients as per provided BOQ and pricing.
• Assist the sales and technical team with documentation and internal coordination.
• Coordinate between departments (Sales, Design, Service, Stores, Accounts) for smooth workflow.
• Draft and share emails, letters, and professional communication when required.
• Maintain proper

  document filing (soft & hard copy)

  for all projects and correspondence.
