Job Description

As an Office Administration Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing front desk operations and providing essential administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming calls, and handling inquiries professionally. - Maintaining office records, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies inventory. - Collaborating with various departments to facilitate effective communication and operational efficiency. - Preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents as required. - Overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and meeting rooms. - Managing vendor relationships. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Graduation or equivalent education; additional certification in office management is a plus. - Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Office Administration Manager or administrative roles. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of Advance Excel, including VLOOKUP. The salary for this position ranges from 25,000 to 35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time, permanent position located in Sector - 58, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
