We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and responsible Office Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day office operations and workflow Manage and coordinate with office staff to ensure task completion Assign duties and monitor employee performance Handle official documentation, emails, reports, and file management Maintain office inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination Ensure timely completion of administrative activities Assist management with decision-making and work delegation Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a productive work environment Resolve employee issues and support HR processes Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/BCA preferred) Proven experience in office administration or team leadership Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and work under pressure Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Positive attitude with leadership qualities Time management and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience handling government documentation or vendor coordination Prior experience in a managerial/supervisory role Knowledge of office management software is an advantage How to Apply Interested candidates may send their updated resume to: aminruhul23123@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
