Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Koregaon Bhima Experience: 0–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support office operations, and ensure smooth workflow. This role is ideal for freshers as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations and maintain office cleanliness and organization Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain records, files, and documentation Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendars Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as needed Manage office supplies and inventory Support HR/admin functions such as attendance, joining formalities, etc. Prepare basic reports and assist in data entry tasks Perform other administrative duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications:Any graduate (preferred) 0–3 years of experience in office administration or related roles Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently Salary: As per company standards (based on experience and skills) Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
