Job Title: Manufacturing Helper Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 0 – 3 years Department: Production / Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Helper to assist in daily production operations. The candidate will support machine operators, maintain cleanliness, handle materials, and ensure smooth workflow in the manufacturing unit. Key Responsibilities: Assist machine operators and fitters in production activities. Load and unload raw materials, tools, and finished goods. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Follow all safety and quality procedures during operations. Support packaging, labeling, and material movement as required. Report equipment issues or unsafe conditions to the supervisor. Perform general helper tasks as assigned by the production team. Requirements: Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass / ITI preferred. Experience: 0–3 years in a manufacturing / production setup. Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting or standing work. Basic understanding of safety and hygiene at the workplace. Willingness to work in shifts if required.
