Job Title: ITI Fitter Location: Viman nagar, Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 0 – 5 years (Freshers with ITI can also apply) Department: Production / Maintenance / Assembly Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ITI Fitter to join our production and maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for performing fitting, assembly, installation, and maintenance tasks in line with technical drawings and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform fitting, assembly, and installation of mechanical components and equipment. Read and interpret engineering and mechanical drawings. Carry out drilling, tapping, grinding, and alignment work as per job requirements. Assist in machine maintenance and repair activities. Ensure all work is done with accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Maintain tools and workplace cleanliness as per 5S standards. Report issues, deviations, or damages to the supervisor promptly. Requirements: Qualification: ITI – Fitter (mandatory). Experience: 0–5 years in manufacturing / fabrication / assembly / maintenance. Knowledge: Mechanical assembly, alignment, machine parts, and safety practices. Skills: Precision measurement, reading drawings, teamwork, and time management. Skills Required: Mechanical Fitting & Assembly Machine Maintenance Blueprint / Drawing Interpretation Measurement Tools Handling Safety and Quality Standards Compensation: Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience.
