Job Description

Job Title: CO₂ Welder Location: Koregaon Bhima, Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 0 – 5 years (Freshers with ITI can also apply) Department: Production / Fabrication Employment Type: Full-time About the Role:We are looking for a skilled CO₂ Welder to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MIG/CO₂ welding, a strong understanding of fabrication drawings, and the ability to deliver high-quality welds with attention to detail and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:Perform CO₂ (MIG) welding on mild steel, stainless steel, or other metals as per job requirements. Read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings. Set up welding machines and adjust settings based on material thickness and specifications. Conduct quality checks on weld joints and ensure dimensional accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area. Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines. Follow all safety and company compliance standards. Requirements: Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Welder or equivalent trade. Experience: Minimum 0 years of experience in CO₂ welding (fabrication / heavy engineering preferred). Ability to read welding symbols and technical drawings. Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, ARC, TIG added advantage). Understanding of welding quality inspection and safety norms. Skills Required: CO₂ / MIG Welding Blueprint & Drawing Reading Material Handling Quality Inspection Safety Practices Compensation: As per industry standards / based on experience. Work Location: Koregaon Bhima, Pune, Maharashtra
