Office Admin

You will be responsible for providing essential support to the sales team in the role of Sales Administrator. Your main tasks will include processing sales orders and invoices accurately and on time, maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system, preparing sales reports and presentations for management, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting sales representatives with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Process sales orders, and invoices accurately and on time. - Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the CRM system. - Assist in preparing sales reports, performance metrics, and presentations for management. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and resolve basic issues or forward them to appropriate team members. - Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and following up on client communications. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (1-3 years preferred). - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
