The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring seamless operations, and facilitating effective communication between internal departments and clients. This position, based in the office, primarily involves handling administrative duties like processing orders, providing customer service, generating reports, and managing the CRM system. Responsibilities include accurately processing sales orders and invoices, updating customer records and sales data in the CRM system, assisting in creating sales reports and presentations, addressing customer inquiries through various channels, and supporting sales representatives with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and preparing documents. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, along with prior experience in a sales support or administrative role. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel and Word are essential for this role. Preferred skills include familiarity with basic accounting principles or invoicing software, customer service experience, and the capability to analyze data and generate basic sales reports.
