Job Title: Sales Administrator (Office-Based) Location: Panbazar, Guwahati Department: Sales Admin Employment Type: Full-time __________________________________ Job Summary: The Sales Administrator will provide essential support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication between internal departments and clients. This role is office-based and involves administrative tasks such as order processing, customer service, report generation, and CRM management. __________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Process sales orders, and invoices accurately and on time. Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the CRM system. Assist in preparing sales reports, performance metrics, and presentations for management. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and resolve basic issues or forward them to appropriate team members. Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and following up on client communications. Track pending payments and assist in credit control by sending reminders or coordinating with the finance department. __________________________________ Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (1–3 years preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) Preferred Skills: Familiarity with basic accounting principles or invoicing software. Customer service experience. Ability to analyze data and generate basic sales reports.
