Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales Location: Talwade, Pune

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Industry: Automotive / Auto Components

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented OEM Sales Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, an in-depth understanding of the automobile supply chain, and a passion for driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with OEM clients in the automotive industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with current and potential OEM partners.
  • Understand client-specific requirements and provide tailored product/component solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, technical proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with product development, production, and logistics teams to ensure on time delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market.
  • Generate and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  • Represent the company at automotive trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in OEM sales, preferably in the automotive or auto components industry.
  • Solid knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and OEM expectations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and site meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
