Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies specifically for OEM sales.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and create marketing plans to capitalize on them.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Manage the budget and allocate resources for marketing campaigns.
• Analyse sales data and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing efforts.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and marketing activities to senior management..

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on OEM sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preference:

• Experience in Wheel Industries or Sheet Metal Industries
