Acolyte Technologies is a fast-growing technology-driven company focused on delivering innovative business solutions. We’re currently expanding our technical team and are looking for experienced Odoo Developers to join our dynamic environment in Jaipur.

Role: Software Developer (Odoo)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules as per business requirements.
• Integrate third-party tools/APIs with the Odoo ecosystem.
• Design and develop new applications within Odoo.
• Perform testing and debugging of existing code and modules.
• Work with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and product management.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo framework.
• Experience in Odoo v12 and above (v16 preferred).
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and Odoo ORM.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, QWeb).
• Experience with Odoo custom module development and deployment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of ERP implementation process.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of business processes like CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Sales, etc.
