Key Responsibilities Module Customization • Design, develop and maintain custom Odoo apps, reports, and integrations. • Refactor existing modules to meet evolving customer requirements while following Odoo best practices. Technical Analysis • Participate in client requirement workshops and translate functional specs into technical tasks. • Draft technical documentation, data-flow diagrams, and deployment notes. Bug Fixing & Optimization • Diagnose performance issues (Python, PostgreSQL, JS, XML) and deliver optimized solutions. • Maintain version control (Git) and follow CI/CD pipelines. Quality Assurance • Write unit tests and conduct peer code reviews. • Support UAT sessions and handle post-deployment warranty support.
