Odoo Developer

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Odoo ERP development and customization, with the ability to analyze business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business needs.
• Design and implement new features and functionalities in Odoo.
• Create and manage technical documentation.
• Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Odoo.
• Troubleshoot and debug Odoo-related issues.
• Work with functional consultants and clients to understand requirements.
• Upgrade existing Odoo modules and migrate databases.
• Provide support for end-users and train them as required.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (versions 12 to 16 or newer).
• Strong knowledge in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience in Odoo backend and frontend development.
• Understanding of Odoo ORM and MVC architecture.
• Familiar with Odoo Studio and Odoo.sh.
• Experience in module creation, report generation (Qweb), and workflow customization.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Linux/Ubuntu server setup for Odoo deployment.
• Knowledge of accounting, inventory, sales, CRM, or other Odoo business modules.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
