Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize
Odoo modules
(frontend & backend).
Work on
Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, and integration
.
Develop and maintain
Python-based applications
supporting Odoo functionality.
Create and optimize
Odoo reports, workflows, and dashboards
.
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Odoo modules.
Ensure smooth deployment and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Strong knowledge of
Python programming
and
Odoo ORM
.
Hands-on experience with
Odoo frontend (UI/UX)
and
backend development
.
Expertise in
Odoo module customization, Odoo implementation, and Odoo ERP workflow
.
Knowledge of
PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript
(preferred).
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
