Odoo Developer

As an Odoo Developer Customization Specialist at ATH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom Odoo apps, reports, and integrations. You will be refactoring existing modules to meet evolving customer requirements following Odoo best practices. Additionally, you will participate in client requirement workshops and translate functional specs into technical tasks. Your responsibilities also include drafting technical documentation, data-flow diagrams, and deployment notes. You will diagnose performance issues in Python, PostgreSQL, JS, and XML for optimized solutions. Maintaining version control using Git and following CI/CD pipelines is crucial. Furthermore, you will be writing unit tests, conducting peer code reviews, and supporting UAT sessions. Finally, you will handle post-deployment warranty support. Qualifications required for this role: - At least 1 year of hands-on Odoo development experience (v16 or later) with a demonstrable customization portfolio. - Strong skills in Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo MVC, ORM, XML views, QWeb reports, JavaScript (OWL/jQuery), and REST/JSON APIs. - Proficiency in Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control. - Ability to debug tracebacks and performance bottlenecks quickly. - Residing in Vadodara or willing to relocate immediately (no remote option). Nice-to-have qualifications include exposure to Nginx, knowledge of Odoo.sh or on-prem CI pipelines, experience integrating third-party software with Odoo, and Odoo certification.
