We are a U.S based company working in India on mobile games. You will be managing finance of our inhouse products which are our Games.The Senior Manager Finance & Accounts will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial management, accounting, reporting, and compliance for the organization. This role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders, managing financial operations across parent and subsidiary companies, and ensuring adherence to international accounting Manage end-to-end finance operations including corporate accounting, P&L, and balance sheet management.
- Drive management reporting: monitor and review revenues, expenses, profitability, and performance of service delivery contracts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly revenue forecasts and rolling forecasts for upcoming quarters.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in line with IGAAP and US GAAP.
- Lead the budgeting process across business functions.
- Analyze variances and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with organizational goals.
- Manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely filing of returns, tax compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee compliance management for both parent and subsidiary & Vendor Management
- Oversee contract management including vendor agreements, financial terms, and service-level adherence.
- Ensure compliance with financial obligations under contracts with vendors and customers.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance financial operations.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team, building capabilities and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Engage with senior management and contribute to key decision-making Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts with at least 3 to 4 years in a managerial role.
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA (Finance).
- Strong knowledge of IGAAP and US GAAP accounting principles.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Hands-on experience in corporate accounting, consolidation, and compliance.
- Experience managing statutory & internal audits.
- Knowledge of contract management and financial planning systems/tools.
- Domain Knowledge: Exposure to gaming, technology, or digital product companies preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with global stakeholders and manage cross-border accounting operations.
