Job Description

We are hiring an experienced O2C (Order-to-Cash) Specialist – Cash Applications to join our Finance & Accounting team in a full-time on-site role based in Salt Lake, Sector V (Kolkata).
This is a US shift role, ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in Cash Application, Reconciliation, and AR processes within a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments: ACH, Wire, EFT, Checks, Credit Cards
• Apply cash to customer accounts using ERP (NetSuite preferred)
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve short/over payments
• Generate and analyze AR Aging Reports, Cash Flow Dashboards
• Support month-end/quarter-end closing and audit processes
• Extract bank reports and share with stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements/automation
• Collaborate with AR, collections, and finance teams

Key Skills

• Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.)
• NetSuite ERP (or similar)
• Bank Reconciliation, AR Aging Reports, Cash Flow
• Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Communication Skills

Candidate Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Cash Applications
• Good understanding of US finance systems and banking
• Strong knowledge of Excel & ERP tools (NetSuite preferred)
• Excellent written & verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable working US shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST)
• Must be willing to work on-site (no hybrid/remote)
• Available to join by 15th–20th October 2025 (latest by 1st November)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• US GAAP, SOX Compliance awareness
• Experience with Jira, JPM Access
• Exposure to US business culture and client interactions
