About The Role

Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on Computer Vision techniques such as CNNs, object detection, segmentation, and image processing.
• Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of classical and modern machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
• Experience with data preprocessing, annotation, and augmentation techniques for image datasets.
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics, hyperparameter tuning, and optimization strategies.
• Practical experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) or on edge devices.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and documentation.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus.
• Comfortable working with SQL/NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.

• Experience with model compression and optimization techniques such as quantization and pruning for deployment efficiency.
• Exposure to other AI domains like NLP or time series analysis is a bonus.
