1 Full-Time Chat & Email Support

Ideal for graduates with or without experience who want to grow in the e-commerce support industry.

2 Part-Time Customer Service (Chat & Email)

Perfect for students, homemakers, or individuals seeking flexible work hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through chat and email in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist customers with order status, delivery queries, returns, payments, and product information
  • Ensure timely responses and maintain quality standards
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
  • Follow company guidelines, processes, and compliance standards

Salary Structure

Full-Time:

  • Freshers:

    19,000 CTC
  • Experienced:

    23,000 CTC

Part-Time:

  • CTC:

    13,500
  • In-hand:

    10,800

Shift Timings

Full-Time:

  • Standard rotational shifts (details provided during interview)

Part-Time:

  • Shift 1:

    9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Shift 2:

    6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 6 days working

Transportation:

  • One-way cab facility

    available during odd hours
