In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of roles , coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Experience: 6months to 1 Years Background: Any Degree with 6months of internship experience in Recruitment Excellent communication skills Should have a flair for sales 5 Days working- 9Am to 6Pm work timings Key Responsibilities: • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. • Identify top talent through job boards, social media, and networking. • Build strong pipelines of candidates for C2H & Permanent requirements. • Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
