Sourcing and lining up candidates for interviews by making cold calls to active or passive candidates
Manage a substantial volume of daily outbound calls
Comprehend and memorize pitches & FAQS for potential candidates during Tele-calling
Maintain a tracker with the correct status based on conversations during telephonic conversations with

the potential candidates

Ensuring complete adherence to the set processes & policies for an honest, error-free hiring process
