DISHHA Staffing Services is looking for a passionate and dynamic Non-IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various industries like pharma, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, BFSI, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements for various Non-IT roles and create effective sourcing strategies
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on their experience, qualifications, and suitability
• Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate communication and interest
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update the internal recruitment tracker
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a good pipeline for future openings
• Ensure timely losures of positions with high quality

Key Skills Required:

• Good understanding of non-IT job profiles and recruitment cycle
• Strong sourcing and screening skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple positions and work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of Excel and ATS tools (if any)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in HR or relevant field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment, preferably in a consultancy
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred
