Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team at Proponent Technologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for generating new leads and converting them into potential clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute cold calling strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
