🚀 Twizhire is hiring for a high-impact leadership role as NOC In-Charge (Network Operations Center Manager) at an organization running 24/7 mission-critical infrastructure. 🔹 Job Title: NOC In-Charge (Network Operations Center Manager)

📍 Location: Solan, Himachal Pradesh | 24/7 Shift Availability Required

🧠 Experience: 5+ years in NOC/Network Engineering & Team Leadership

🔹 What You’ll Do:

Lead the NOC team (L1, L2, L3 engineers); mentor, allocate tasks, track KPIs
Ensure 24/7 network monitoring, incident response, and escalation handling
Manage and optimize tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Cisco Prime
Establish SOPs and maintain detailed documentation for all NOC processes
Drive security posture: prevent, detect, and respond to attacks (e.g., DDoS, breaches)
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely upgrades and hardware management
Generate actionable analytics and reports for senior leadership

🔹 What Makes You a Fit:

5+ years of experience in NOC management or enterprise network engineering
Proven team management experience with mentoring/coaching capabilities
Strong understanding of network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, MPLS
Proficiency with NOC monitoring tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and incident handling skills
Strong communication skills — technical and business
Hands-on with network documentation, SOPs, DR/BCP, and vendor management
Certifications (preferred): CCNP/CCIE, ITIL, Network+/Juniper/Fortinet
Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools (Python, Ansible)
