· Should worked as Network Admin

· Strong understanding & extensive experience with Network protocols BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, IPSec NAT PAT and MPLS.

· Working experience on Cisco Switches Routers , Palo Alto and ASA Firewall ,understanding of switching technologies VLAN, VTP, DTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, Port Channel etc.

· Data Center Nexus, Catalyst L2/L3 Switches, Wi-Fi Basics

· Communication skill

Good-to-Have:

· Cisco certification\any other networking certifications.

· Firewall packet flow and understanding

· Knowledge on Palo Alto and ASA Firewall added advantage.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1. Regular Operations Support. Should work in 24*7 support

2. Experience in implementation and configuration on protocols and wireless devices

3. Firmware/IOS upgrade of Switch/Router/Firewalls

4. Working closely with our various teams across the organization to ensure fast, smooth rollout of resolving issues.

5. Knowledge and understanding of DNS and DHCP

6. Troubleshoot on call on L1, L2, L3 issues.

7. Monitoring Tools: Solar winds. Good understanding on Infoblox

8. Investigate and diagnose Incidents, attempt to resolve them or escalate/refer them to appropriate team

9. Participate in daily/weekly/monthly status calls with clients.
