Job Description

Following support shall be solicited from HCL Japan Ltd against given PODs:

· 24*7 Network Monitoring,

· L2 fault Management (Basic troubleshooting)

· Ticket management

· Alarm monitoring, Performance Monitoring

· L2 Configuration Management

· New Node Handover and Transfer to Operation (HOTO)

· Incident management

· Change Mangement

· MIS/Reports/Presentation for Huddle calls/management reviews

· Network/ Mobile App/Client Testing

· Automation support, scripting

· Core Network Operation Governance Work

· Problem Management

· Release Ticket management

Network POD

Packet Core, Voice and Messaging Core (EPC/RCS/IMS/IR/CIOT)

3. Skills Requirement

Telecom Network Monitoring experience

Familiarity with 4G, 5G Architecture esp. Packet Core/RCS/Messaging/IMS Understanding

Experience with Power point presentation, Microsoft Excel, Report preparation,Problem Management, Release management, troubleshooting techniques, or performance analysis

Should have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication

Should have the ability to work in a team

Should be ready for working in 24*7 support (24*7 Shfit)

Have ability to write basic python and shell scripts

Professional certifications such as CCNA, CKA, OpenStack COA is a plus
