About The Role Manage and configure CUCM, CUBE, Voice gateways (SIP, H.323, MGCP), and protocols (SCCP, MGCP, H.323, SIP). Experience in migration phones from CUCM, to Webex phones. Hands on experience in Cisco jabber Experience in managing 3rd party phones in CUCM and Webex Work with Unity Connection, including configuring call handlers. Perform expert troubleshooting in networking (CUCM, UCCX, and Voice routing areas) down to packet-level analysis. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Webex phone functionality, connectivity, and performance. Integrate video conference devices.
