Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Network Specialist at Explore Abroad Edu. The Network Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure, designing network solutions, implementing security protocols, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal network performance. The individual will collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless connectivity and support for all departments.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Network Administration and Networking, with the ability to manage and optimize network performance.
• Strong skills in Network Troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Proficiency in Network Security to ensure the protection of sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access or breaches.
• Experience in Network Design to develop effective and scalable network infrastructure solutions.
• Knowledge of industry-standard network tools, protocols, and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in network management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a strong advantage.
