Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Specialist with 8 - 10 yrs of experience, located in Bhubaneswar. The Network Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Day-to-day tasks include network administration, troubleshooting network issues, implementing network designs, ensuring the integrity of network security protocols, and collaborating with the IT team to meet business requirements effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Network Administration and Networking technologies Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem resolution for network-related issues Experience in Network Security and maintaining secure network operations Expertise in Network Design and infrastructure planning Knowledge of relevant networking tools, protocols, and security practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site environment
