· Maintain deployment documentation, as-built reports, and LLD/HLD diagrams.
· Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, VPNs, NAT, and ACLs.
· Hands-on experience with firewall policies, SSL decryption, content filtering, and threat prevention modules.
· Familiar with Zero-Trust, SASE, and Cloud-Security architectures (AWS / Azure).
· Ability to work on integration projects involving SIEM, SOAR, and endpoint solutions.
· Proficient in network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, packet capture, etc.).
· Strong documentation and client-facing communication skills.
· Vendor certifications preferred:
o Palo Alto (PCNSE / PCCET)
o Cisco (CCNP Security / CCNA Security)
o Fortinet (NSE4 / NSE5)
· Exposure to enterprise-level deployments across multiple OEMs and industries.
