The Networking Operations Center Analyst will report to the Supervisor of the KCC and will be part of a global team that is the first line of response for Facility Technologies Team. The NOC Analyst will work with colleagues towards resolving complex issues with innovative and efficient solution.

Our Team

The Networking Operations Center Analyst will be a part of a global team that will manage Facilities Technology group that supports Molex. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. Koch Capability Center (KCC) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function.

What You Will Do

  • Monitoring global network, data center, and facility systems through real-time dashboards and alerting tools.
  • Performing first-level triage on incidents and escalating issues based on severity and predefined workflows.
  • Coordinating with vendors and onsite technicians during maintenance, deployments, or outages.
  • Managing security and access requests while maintaining accurate audit records.
  • Overseeing application and batch job executions, including initiating restarts when required.
  • Documenting incidents, environmental alerts, and access-related events with clear and timely updates.
  • Supporting operations across multiple time zones as part of a small, collaborative NOC team.
  • Continuously learning new tools, technologies, and automation methods to enhance operational efficiency.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 1+ years supporting a Network environment/Windows OS.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Servers, DHCP, DNS
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (i.e., Service Now)
  • Basic knowledge with network monitoring tools.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Knowledge of Data Center technologies -including environmental monitoring, structured cabling, power/cooling systems, and facility-IT integrations.
  • Exposure to Physical Security systems - CCTV, Access Control, security platforms, and integrated low-voltage systems.
  • Scripting & automation proficiency - Python, PowerShell, or Bash for monitoring, alerting, workflow automation, and predictive maintenance.
  • Experience with AI-driven tools - creating or supporting chatbots, automated support workflows, or AI-based maintenance scripts.
  • Hands-on experience with Audio/Video, IPTV, and converged facility technology systems.
  • Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering background - especially with BMS, environmental sensors, or facility equipment integration
