Job Description

1. Network Expansion Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive network expansion strategy alignedwith the companys business objectives and growth targets.
- Identify potential market opportunities, analyzecompetition, and evaluate market demand to determine suitable locations for newdealerships.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define networkexpansion goals, budgets, and timelines.
2. Dealer Identification and Selection:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potentialdealer partners who align with the companys values, brand image, and qualitystandards.
- Establish selection criteria and evaluate prospectivedealers based on their financial stability, market presence, infrastructure,and capabilities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potentialdealerships, ensuring a steady supply of qualified prospects.
3. Dealer Development and Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales,marketing, and operations, to develop dealer development programs, traininginitiatives, and incentive schemes.
- Provide guidance and support to dealers in meeting salestargets, enhancing customer experience, and implementing effective marketingstrategies.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews, track key metrics,and provide actionable insights and recommendations to dealers for continuousimprovement.
4. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing dealers,acting as the primary point of contact for their concerns, feedback, andbusiness development opportunities.
- Organize regular dealer meetings, workshops, andconferences to foster collaboration, share best practices, and provide updateson company initiatives.
- Collaborate with dealers to develop joint marketingcampaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.
5. Market Intelligence:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, andcustomer preferences to identify emerging opportunities and potential threatsto the companys network expansion plans.
- Conduct market visits, gather customer feedback, andprovide insights into product
development and marketing teams for product improvements andnew product launches.
Requirements
- Should be Bachelors in Automobile / Mechanical Or Masterss in relevant
- Minimum 5 years of experience dealer onboarding
- Good geographical knowledge and market trends
- Good network connects in generating leads
- Great communicator and convincing capabilities with timely follow up.
