Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Network Engineer L2 based in Kurla. The role involves monitoring and maintaining network systems, troubleshooting hardware and configuration issues, and ensuring network security and efficiency. The Network Engineer L2 will also handle escalations, support network upgrades, manage performance tuning, and maintain network documentation. The role emphasizes collaboration with IT teams to ensure reliable and optimized network connectivity for organizational operations.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies
• Hands-on expertise in network configurations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Experience in maintaining network security and implementing access controls
• Proficient in using network tools for monitoring and reporting
• Proven ability to resolve escalations and coordinate network upgrades
• Solid understanding of hardware components and network infrastructure
• Certification in network technologies (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to on-site working environments
