Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Work on implementation of credit risk solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs
Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into business requirement documentation, user stories and test cases.
Work closely with technology teams to develop feasible and scalable solutions.
Define testing approaches and sign-off criteria for stakeholders.
Owning and managing the backlog creation to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready
Prepare test scenarios and cases for production fixes, system enhancements, and migrations.
Document data flow, system design, business solutions, and testing approaches.
Perform data extraction and mapping for analytical needs.
Conduct impact analysis on issues and propose practical solutions.
Track and manage system enhancements and unresolved issues to completion.
Provide user support and conduct post-implementation reviews.
