Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Coimbatore. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, optimize business processes, and provide effective solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed analyses, developing documentation, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and communicating findings and recommendations effectively to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate data and deliver actionable insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Processes to assess and improve operations
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly
• Ability to gather, document, and refine Business Requirements for project execution
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with an aptitude for teamwork and collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
