Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst working on our Business Analytics team in Gurgaon, India, you will work to support our EMEA & APAC Business Analytics team to create data driven solutions, extract and visualize data from large volumes of data and analyze our clients' performance to ensure they are hitting/exceeding their KPIs.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on reporting and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with SQL and BI tools (Vertica, Big Query, Qlik Sense, Tableau)
• A strong eye for detail with an exceptional ability to understand and QA data from multiple sources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as on a team

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working in an offshore environment supporting global team is a plus

How you'll make an impact:

As a Business Analyst , you'll bring value by:

• Monitor and manage Business Analytics JIRA queue for the EMEA & APAC regions.
• Support business requests by pulling ad hoc data, scheduling of internal automatic alerts, and/or client facing automatic reports
• Partner with regional Sales, Business Analyst, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Product and R&D teams to better understand business needs and translate them into actionable requests.
• Work with data from multiple sources and tools, including Vertica, Big Query, QlikSense, Tableau, and Salesforce.
• Document reporting processes and procedures.
• Serve as the Business Analytics point of contact and 1st level support for ad-hoc reporting requests
• Answer stakeholders reporting requests by using complex data pulling, development and scheduling of client facing automated reports, as well as automated alerts.
• Provide data and reporting support to our revenue operations team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, to support data-driven decision making.
• Provide comprehensive, region focused, business analysis, based on past and present data, including performance and root-cause analysis.
