Network Engineer II

Job Title:Network Engineer IIThis position supports the Technology Operations Center (TOC). Provides Core Network Troubleshooting and support Tier 2 and 3 break/fix functions across global network and voice.Ensure the availability and integrity of the Concentrix Network enabling end users to access data resources needed to perform job functions. Perform data network resources administration and maintenance along with data network equipment installation. Receive analyze monitor and resolve network problems in accordance with published Service Level Agreements.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and fixing P1/P2 global incidents & RCATroubleshoot P3/P4 daily incidents ticketsRMA from TAC- Replacement (Vendor Management to make sure tickets are moving along as neededAssists in monitoring and adjusting LAN/WAN performance in SolarWinds, as necessary, to ensure LAN/WAN integrity and performance.Network related client maintenance requestVendor maintenance (Sprint, ATT, Vodafone, TATA, Globe, PLDT etc.)Should be available 24*7 to provide oncall supportShould be good in change management & RCA processWorks independently, may coach and train other junior professionals

Candidate Profile (Skills, Required Experience)

Years’ Experience: 2+ years of network troubleshootingEducation: Bachelor's Degree,Tools: SolarWinds Orion and Remedy (Incident, Problem and Change Management)Certifications: CCNA or equivalent knowledge, Fortinet FW & Palo Alto firewallShould be proficient in written and spoken English.Good hands on router, switches, Firewall, proxy etcShould have good knowledge and hands on exp on Cisco router, switchs , firewalls (Cisco, Forti)Should have deep understanding for packet capture tools and should be able to analyze themShould have good understanding of Cisco Nexus, VPC, VRF, QOS troubleshooting etc.Additional Requirements:Should be ready for 24*7 shift including night shiftsShould be available 24*7 to provide oncall support if neededLocation:IND Hyderabad - Unit No. 601 6th Flr Maximus Building 2A MindspaceLanguage Requirements:Time Type:Full time
