About The Opportunity

We are a leading IT & Telecommunications Managed Services provider designing and supporting robust network infrastructures for global enterprise clients. Our team delivers end-to-end network solutions—from routing and switching to security and performance optimization—ensuring high availability and scalable communication platforms on-site.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless controllers to support enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy network expansions and upgrades aligned with business requirements.
  • Implement network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls, to safeguard critical data and infrastructure.
  • Perform routine network audits, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements for optimization.
  • Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices to maintain an up-to-date technical knowledge base.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • CCNA certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) required.
  • 2+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in Cisco enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP), and switching (VLANs, STP).
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, Cisco IOS diagnostics).
  • Experience with network security fundamentals: firewalls, VPNs, and ACL configurations.
  • Solid documentation skills and familiarity with network monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Nagios).

Preferred

  • CCNP certification or higher (e.g., CCNP Enterprise, CCIE).
  • Exposure to SD-WAN solutions and network automation (Python, Ansible).
  • Knowledge of wireless network design and Wi-Fi standards (802.11ac/ax).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Networks).
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems and QoS configurations.
  • Understanding of NOC operations.
