Our team is dedicated to excellence, and we are looking for a Network Practice Lead/ Manager to join us in driving our network practice forward. Job Summary: The Network Architect will be responsible for leading the network practice, overseeing the design, implementation, and management of network solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of network technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the network practice, providing strategic direction and technical expertise. Design and implement network solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards. Manage and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored network solutions. Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of network infrastructure. Stay updated with the latest network technologies and trends, including Cisco, Arista, SDWAN, and SolarWinds. Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures. Conduct network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network issues. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of network solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in network engineering and management. Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software, with expertise in Cisco, Arista, SDWAN, and SolarWinds technologies. Experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are a plus.
