Job Summary: The Network Architect will be responsible for leading the network practice, overseeing the design, implementation, and management of network solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of network technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the network practice, providing strategic direction and technical expertise.
• Design and implement network solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored network solutions.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of network infrastructure.
• Stay updated with the latest network technologies and trends, including Cisco, Arista, SDWAN, and SolarWinds.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network issues.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in network engineering and management.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software, with expertise in Cisco, Arista, SDWAN, and SolarWinds technologies.
• Experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are a plus.
