NetSuite BSA/Junior Admin

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Implement and support NetSuite in order management, supply chain execution, product operations, and procurement processes. Communicate effectively and interact with cross-functional teams. Maintain users, roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules. Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards. Manage inventory and advanced inventory management modules. Create and update saved searches and custom reports based on user requests. Customize reports and utilize them effectively. Create new roles, update roles, and assign permissions. Add and update user access with the appropriate roles. Conduct system audit processes. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in the NetSuite domain (functional/admin). Hands-on experience with system audit processes. Experience with standard NetSuite reports, saved searches, custom reports, and SuiteAnalytics. NetSuite certifications are an added advantage. Experience with NetSuite SuiteBundler, SuiteFlow customization, and building new custom objects is a plus. Self-starter, motivated, and well-organized. Good listener, willing to learn new things, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Ideal Candidate: Strong communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
