Overview

We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Project Manager to lead the successful execution of enterprise software projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong expertise in .NET development with proven project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a balance of technical leadership, financial oversight, and client-facing capabilities to drive modernization and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects, from conception to completion.

• Provide technical guidance and direction to development teams on .NET-based solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure project goals align with strategic objectives.

• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery roadmaps.

• Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, P&L ownership, and cost efficiency.

• Act as the primary client interface, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

• Mentor teams in Agile values and foster collaboration across delivery units.

• Work in hybrid models, with flexibility for on-site client presence when required.

• Deliver clear status reports, updates, and project documentation to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience:

• Proven track record in technical project management with hands-on .NET background.

• Strong experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in complex environments.

• Prior experience in financial and delivery management of enterprise projects.

Technical & Project Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in .NET development practices.

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and coaching delivery teams.

• Proven ability in risk/issue management and roadmap planning.

• Strong financial management, including P&L and project budgets.

Add-On / Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure cloud environments.

• Familiarity with SAFe framework for scaled Agile delivery.

• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and release management.

Qualifications
