Job Description

As a .Net Technical Project Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading high-performing development teams utilizing.NET technologies. With a solid background in software development, project management, and agile methodologies, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end software development life cycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing multiple projects, driving agile development processes, providing technical leadership in solution design and implementation, and aligning technology with business goals. You will also be expected to ensure best practices in Microservices Architecture, Kafka, MFE, and Cloud Technologies, oversee CI/CD pipeline, Kubernetes, Docker, K8s, and monitoring/logging tools, and proactively troubleshoot technical issues while optimizing performance. Additionally, you will mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. To excel in this role, you should have 10-15 years of experience in software development, testing, and project management, with at least 5 years of experience in technical project management handling complex software projects. Your hands-on experience in .NET, Microservices, Kafka, and MFE, along with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, and K8s, will be essential. Moreover, your proven ability to manage distributed teams and excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills will be key to your success in this position.,
