Role Overview
We are looking for a Celigo Integration Specialist to design, build, and manage robust integration flows across ERP, WMS, OMS, eCommerce platforms, and 3PL partners. This role focuses on delivering clean, secure, and real-time data orchestration using Celigo//'s Integrator.io platform. The ideal candidate is both technically hands-on and process-aware, with strong knowledge of supply chain and retail ecosystems.

You will be a central player in building middleware architecture that supports seamless enterprise integration across NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce, SPS Commerce, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development

• Build and maintain integration flows in Celigo Integrator.io with triggers, transformations, field mappings, and error handling

• Develop custom scripts and connectors (preferably in JavaScript) for non-standard or complex integrations

• Manage system integrations involving NetSuite, Manhattan Scale WMS, BeProduct PLM, Salesforce, Amazon, Shopify, SPS Commerce, and various 3PLs

Solution Architecture

• Act as the integration architect across IT, operations, sourcing, sales, and eCommerce teams

• Design real-time middleware pipelines for syncing orders, inventory, returns, shipments, and customer data

• Maintain a centralized library of reusable templates, schemas, and integration documentation

Scalability & Optimization

• Enable data orchestration for hybrid B2B/B2C models, including drop ship and marketplace fulfillment

• Monitor and manage Celigo platform health, rate limits, flow performance, and logging

• Support integration strategy during system migrations (OMS, PLM, or PIM upgrades)

Change Management & Support

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage integration backlogs using tools like Asana

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and data teams to optimize integration processes

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for integration failures and coordinate with vendors when needed

Must-Have Technical Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Celigo Integrator.io

• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, authentication (OAuth, API keys), and data formats (JSON, XML)

• Deep experience integrating NetSuite with external platforms

• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize end-to-end data flows and transformation logic

• Background in supply chain, ERP, retail, or eCommerce systems integration

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with WMS (Manhattan Scale), OMS (Koerber/Aptos), PLM (BeProduct), PIM, or SPS Commerce

• Proficiency in JavaScript for advanced scripting within Celigo

• Experience working in multi-brand or multi-entity environments

• Familiarity with CGMP/regulatory logistics needs, particularly in health/wellness/supplement sectors

• Background in 3PL, apparel, or wholesale distribution operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)

• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver under tight timelines
