Job Description

We are seeking an experienced .NET Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of .NET-based applications and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies with proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management of .NET application development and enhancement initiatives.
Work closely with clients, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and ensure alignment with architecture standards.
Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and quality.
Guide and mentor development teams working on C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.
Ensure Agile/Scrum practices are followed for smooth project execution.
Track and report project progress to senior management and clients.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Cloud, UI/UX) for successful delivery.
Drive continuous improvement in coding practices, performance optimization, and deployment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of IT experience with at least 3–5 years in project management roles.
Strong technical background in Microsoft .NET stack:
C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework
Web Services (REST, SOAP, Web API)
SQL Server, Azure Cloud (preferred)
Proven track record in managing medium-to-large enterprise projects.
Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in migration projects (.NET Framework to .NET Core).
Knowledge of cloud-native application development (Azure/AWS).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
