Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Professional in Application Delivery, you will lead the design and development of applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business goals. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership in agile environments, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development & demo and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.

Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions

Lead end-to-end application development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical reviews and best practices.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and performance benchmarks.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution.
Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications in Microsoft technologies or Agile methodologies are a plus.
Experience in healthcare, CRM, or enterprise call center application domains is desirable.

What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, and GitHub.
Proficiency in ASP.net, MVC, JavaScript, SQL/Oracle is a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
Understanding the agile or Safe process through JIRA/ADO
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
