Job Description

As the National Manager Sales at Nav Nirmans construction solutions, your primary responsibility is to lead and execute the national B2B sales strategy, with a focus on formwork modernization across large-scale projects in Hyderabad. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, acquiring and retaining clients, and coaching the regional sales team to achieve outstanding results. Your key accountabilities include defining and implementing national sales strategies to meet revenue targets, establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders, offering tailored formwork modernization solutions through site visits, preparing competitive proposals and negotiating sales contracts, monitoring competitor activity and market trends, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through structured client engagement initiatives, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, collaborating with internal stakeholders, ensuring CRM tool adoption, and maintaining compliance with company processes and industry regulations. In terms of decision-making and influence, you will have the authority in pricing decisions, play a key role in business development strategy and client onboarding, participate in cross-functional leadership decisions, and recommend resource allocations and recruitment within the national sales function. To excel in this role, you should possess essential skills such as proven experience in B2B sales within the construction or infrastructure industry, understanding of formwork systems and client dynamics, strong client relationship management and negotiation skills, effective leadership abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, commercial acumen, familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis capabilities, and organizational skills. Desirable qualifications include a BE in Civil Engineering, an MBA degree, knowledge of industry pricing structures, a strong network in the construction/formwork industry, and exposure to regional and national project sales. In terms of dimensions, you will be managing 68 Regional/Area Sales Managers directly, with indirect reports of support and coordination staff. Travel requirements will be around 50-60% domestically for client site visits and team reviews, with budget responsibility for managing national sales operations. This is a full-time role that requires in-person work at the Hyderabad location.,
