Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to lead and scale our retail generic/OTC business across India. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, team builder, and execution-focused leader with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical sales domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive national-level sales strategy and execution for generic/OTC division
• Lead, mentor, and manage a large field sales team across regions
• Ensure consistent primary and secondary sales growth
• Develop and monitor sales targets, incentives, and KPIs
• Build and expand distribution and retail penetration
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and HO teams for aligned business planning

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 5 years in a Senior leadership role
• Strong exposure to generic retail/OTC markets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Willing to be based in Indore (HO) and travel extensively across India
