Position : National Sales Manager

Exp : 15+ years

Location : Chennai / Bangalore.

  1. Sales Targets

    : Achieve or surpass sales and revenue goals for interior products across all regions in India.
  2. Market Research

    : Conduct nationwide market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and customer needs, while also gathering competitive intelligence on rivals' offerings and pricing strategies.
  3. Client Relationship Management

    : Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients across India, understanding regional needs to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  4. Lead Generation

    : Drive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms to expand the customer base in every region.
  5. Pan-India Business Expansion

    : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance the companys footprint across diverse markets in India.
  6. Product Expertise

    : Stay well-versed in the companys product range to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients nationwide.
  7. Negotiation & Deal Closure

    : Negotiate terms and close deals that align with company policies while addressing the unique needs of regional clients.
  8. Sales Strategies

    : Develop and implement tailored sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns for each region to drive growth and meet business goals.
  9. Regional Collaboration

    : Collaborate closely with regional sales teams, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure smooth and efficient operations across India.
  10. Reporting & Analysis

    : Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis from all regions, using data insights to refine and optimize sales strategies.
  11. Customer Feedback

    : Collect feedback from customers nationwide to enhance products, services, and the overall customer experience.
  12. Travel

    : Regularly travel across India to meet clients, understand regional market dynamics, and oversee sales operations in various territories.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years in Sales & Business Development, with extensive pan-India experience.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the Building Materials sector.
  • Self-motivated, highly driven, and capable of managing large-scale operations across multiple regions.
